Head Abbot

After many years of proving their worth, senior abbots gain the top position of head abbot. Although they've reached the peak of their administrative career, they continue to learn and develop. With time and experience, these elders have been known to improve their aim with the shortbow, learn some basic medical techniques for the treatment of poisons, or move just a little bit faster than they used to.

Special Notes: The leadership of this unit enables adjacent units of the same side to deal more damage in combat, though this only applies to units of lower level.This unit continues to hone its skills, even at max level, and has at least one non-default 'after max-level advancement'.
